Attention: Parents of students who will enter 7th grade for the year 2023-2024
VACCINE REQUIREMENTS
It is required by the state that students entering 7th grade have the following vaccines:
- Tdap booster (1 dose)
- Meningococcal (1 dose)
- Varicella (chicken pox) – 2 doses or a note signed by the parent/guardian or doctor indicating that your son/daughter previously had the chicken pox.
Please submit documentation to the school nurse indicating that your son/daughter received the required immunizations. Your child MUST have the required immunizations, or they will not be allowed to start school. If your child is already up to date with their vaccines, please disregard this letter. Thank you for your cooperation. If you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to call me.

Jourdanton High School 2023 Spring Semester Exam Schedule
Semester exams will be held on Monday May 22nd through Thursday, May 25th. Please note that students may not take exams early with the exception of seniors for 8th period. Students must take their exams with their teacher during their normal exam period. Teachers must keep students in class for the entire period on all testing days. If you are off in the afternoon and have a test, you must make arrangements with work.
