We are excited to welcome new students and families to Jourdanton Independent School District! Our goal is to make the enrollment process as simple and convenient as possible.
Jourdanton ISD uses ASCENDER ParentPortal for new student enrollment. Parents and guardians can complete the enrollment process online from the convenience of their home.
How to Enroll Your Student

Visit the Jourdanton ISD ASCENDER ParentPortal.

Create a ParentPortal account if you do not already have one, or log in to your existing account.

Select the option to enroll a new student.

Complete the required student and family information.

Submit the enrollment information and provide the required documentation.
Documents Needed for Enrollment
Please have the following documents available when enrolling your student:

Birth Certificate – Official proof of the student's age and identity.

Social Security Card – If available; a Social Security number is not required for enrollment.

Immunization Records – Current vaccination records or appropriate exemption documentation.

Proof of Residency – Documentation verifying that the student resides within Jourdanton ISD boundaries, as applicable.

Parent/Guardian Identification – A valid photo ID for identity verification.

Previous School Records – Report card, transcript, or withdrawal documentation, if applicable.

Custody or Legal Guardianship Documents – If applicable.
Important Enrollment Information
Submitting an online enrollment application begins the registration process. Enrollment is finalized once the district has reviewed the required information and verified eligibility.
