Hands on Learning

Students in Atascosa County Sheriff's Office Deputy Chief Eric Kaiser's Principles of Law class had a special opportunity to welcome Atascosa County EMS Director Courtney Grier!

Students got hands-on insight into real-life emergency response skills and learned about the proper use and importance of tourniquets in emergency situations.
Experiences like these bring classroom learning to life, giving students valuable knowledge and practical skills they can carry with them beyond the classroom.

A big thank you to Courtney Grier for taking the time to share her expertise and help prepare our students with skills that could one day make a difference in someone's life!
