Processing Public Information Requests

Jourdanton ISD will process requests in accordance with the Texas Public Information Act.

• Requests will be handled as promptly as reasonably possible in accordance with applicable law.

• Certain records may be confidential or exempt from public disclosure under state or federal law.

• Fees may apply for copying or producing records as permitted by law. Requesters will receive a cost estimate when required.

• If additional clarification is necessary, the district may contact the requester.
